Horndon St Marys LLP are currently preparing proposals for a new neighbourhood of approximately 1300 homes, employment space, a new vehicular access off the A127, land for a new primary school, playing fields, and infrastructure upgrades.

We hope to submit an Outline Planning Application to Brentwood Borough Council by the end of 2025.
